I don’t see how there can be a group of people engaged in the practice of system dynamics for clients when every year there is never in the publications of the system dynamics society conference a reference to a client who could implement policies suggested by a model. There is also no reference to any practical implementations or, of course, to any study of the outcome of these implementations. In 3 consecutive years, I have only seen one study with a client, on the implementation and the results of this implementation. And it was a qualitative system thinking study.
